1. Four categories of artists are accepted at the Village: musicians, visual arts, dance and circus. These artists will perform in environments such as the theater or stage, terrace, restaurant, Gourmet Lounge (the most cozy restaurants) and in the Club Med Exclusive Collection area (the most luxurious).
2. The artist must apply for the event 5 working days in advance within the platform.
3. The artist has the right to bring an adult companion, and a child up to 3 years old free of charge. If you wish to bring a second adult companion, availability will be checked and a rack rate will be charged.
4. An apartment will be offered per artist with or without a companion. There will be no possibility of changing companions. If the companion cannot attend after signing the contract, the artist must stay without a companion.
5. It is strictly forbidden to request a stay for people who are not artists. These would be: Photographer, producers, assistants, sound technicians, etc.
6. It is important for the artist to be self-sufficient with his own equipment, that is, the artist will be responsible for transporting his own equipment, which is his own possession – the Village does not have a backline, in addition to some microphones, sound return and others.

8. The artist will perform 2 to 3 hours a day.
9. The artist has the same GO package (without alcoholic beverages). However, the artist can purchase a drink package worth R$33.00 per day per person. This applies to performers and escorts. If members of the group are identified consuming alcoholic beverages without purchasing the bracelet, it must be paid immediately. If the artist refuses to pay, he will be placed on a Club Med Live blacklist, and will no longer be able to perform in the Villages of South America.
10. The artist will be able to enjoy the activities and facilities of the Village outside the presentation period.
10.1. General information
10.1.1. Parking at Lake Paradise and Rio das Pedras will be included, if there is availability in special spaces outside the supplier's space. If you do not have this availability, there will be a cost.
10.2. Not included
10.2.1. Transport and transfer to the Resort (including additional material costs)
10.2.2. Baby supervision / Petit Club (4 months to 3 years old) has an extra cost, to be paid at the Village.
10.2.3. If you opt for the drink package, you will have to pay a fee of R$33.00. The price is for each adult per day.
10.2.4. Services and offers at extra cost - such as SPA, boutique, excursion, golf etc. - must be paid directly at the Village.
11. The Village can sell the In/Out transfer service to the artist, but the artist will be entirely responsible for the transportation costs.
12. The artist must be aware of:
12.1. Expected posture
12.1.1. Club Med Live comes to enhance the Village's Ambiance team through its artistic performances, so we ask that you take care of your image within the villages:
12.1.1.1. Respecting all teams (the reception team, Ambiance for their services, the GO/GE teams and the Chef de Village for their life in the Village)
12.1.1.2. Collaborating with the Village's Ambiance team to build their programs, as well as being punctual and honoring their commitments.
12.1.1.3. Integrating and participating in “Village life”, that is, adopting the Club Med values of coexistence and sharing between GO/GE and Clients.
12.1.1.4. Follow dress codes every night
12.1.1.5. Respecting these same postures your companions for whom you are responsible.
12.2. Contract
12.2.1. Assinatura do contrato individual (1 artista = 1 contrato) via Docusign.
12.3. Transport
12.3.1. The trip (you and your companions) is at your own expense, including any expenses with your equipment and surpluses.
12.3.2. The Village sells the transfer, for which the artist needs to inform the arrival time, flight number and company, so that they can schedule it.
